Job summary

Bask & Lather Co. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations to translate business priorities into launched products and marketing campaigns. You will build integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.

The role demands hands-on delivery across NPD, packaging, labeling, and go-to-market readiness, with a focus on timely, compliant launches in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred; demonstrated delivery experience is essential.
• 6+ years of relevant project or program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Personally managed physical consumer products through development and launch, including formulation or R&D, packaging, testing, production, and commercialization dependencies
• Managed integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Beauty or personal care experience preferred; relevant physical consumer product launch experience in CPG required.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and Excel; demonstrated ability to recover slipping projects and manage concurrent initiatives in a lean organization

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership for product and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead NPD execution and coordinate R&D, packaging, and launch readiness.
• Manage marketing campaigns, partnerships, and cross-functional activations.
• Lead formal kickoff, scope, dependencies, and decision gates for projects.
• Build detailed timelines and manage critical path across product and campaigns.
• Ensure launch readiness across DTC, retail, and marketplaces.
• Identify risks early and present recovery plans with owners.
• Coordinate assets, approvals, and cross-channel handoffs.
• Maintain aligned communications and weekly status updates.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Ops, and external partners
