Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. is seeking an Associate Director of Project Services to lead launches of new personal care products, drive process improvements, and manage technology transfers.

You will oversee a team of project managers and technical specialists, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts across R&I, Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Outside Sales to align objectives, track OKRs, and support

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a cGMP personal care or cosmetic facility.
• Experience deploying and managing production processes in packaging or processing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
• Experience working with ERP or LIMS systems, preferably SAGE X3.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Services team to launch new products on time and within budget.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for launches.
• Coordinate line trials and scale-up to production; resolve technical issues.
• Oversee packaging engineering activities related to line trials, tooling, speed, yields, and clean setups.
• Collaborate with R&I, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
