Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand and develop sales teams, focusing on increasing profits and customer and employee satisfaction. Starting pay is $16-$20/hr plus commission and bonuses, with a comprehensive training program for advancement to management.

The ideal candidate will set and achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment and commit to building a career within our organization.

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to influence and lead others effectively.
Must be able to stand, walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.

Responsibilities

Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
Schedule and assign employees and follow up on results.
Monitor controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives.
Ensure store cleanliness, stock levels, organization and customer readiness.
Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
