Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics or guest-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication.
• Comfortable with scheduling, CRM and POS software.
• Organized, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct consultations to understand guest goals and guide treatment recommendations.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products and financing.
• Drive sales through memberships, packages, rebooking and guest retention.
• Follow up via calls, texts and emails to support conversion and loyalty.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/out, phones and payments.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM systems.
• Support events, promotions and local marketing initiatives.
• Keep the studio clean, organized and guest-ready.
