• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, personalize service, answer questions, and promote products.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
