• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest and determining their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Process cashier tasks and assist with online orders and exchanges.
• Aid with in-store events and appointment bookings to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and attention to store presentation and safety procedures.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and loss-prevention best practices.
