Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Maryland is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications and product demonstrations, and support store operations with a friendly, energetic approach.

You will assist guests with product knowledge, process transactions, participate in events, keep fixtures stocked, and learn to drive sales while upholding Ulta Beauty’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock fixtures; assist with merchandising and resets.
