Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's goals for retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, suggesting products and informing about promotions.
• Handle customer service, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed on new products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays.
