Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni‑channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
