Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests, personalizing service, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to assist guests.
