Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor (BA) to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with cashier tasks, and keep fixtures stocked. You’ll demonstrate makeup and skincare applications, book appointments for services, and stay knowledgeable about products to boost sales.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time and part-time positions with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting guests and answering product questions.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions, and assist with online orders.
• Demonstrate makeup and skincare applications to drive sales and guest experience.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better advise guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures and merchandise.
