Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and collaborate with store teams.
• Promote loyalty benefits to guests and support app usage.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category knowledge.
