Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor (BA) who delivers exceptional guest experiences, assists with sales, and performs makeup applications to showcase products. The role requires staying informed on offerings, assisting with in-store events, and maintaining store standards.

The position emphasizes a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with a team while meeting performance goals. Full-time schedule with diverse shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
• Answer questions about products and services; inform guests about promotions and sales.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering a great guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests; maintain attendance and store standards.
