Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS system and Apple devices.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
