Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, conduct makeup applications, and support sales through product knowledge and service. This role emphasizes greeting guests, stocking fixtures, processing transactions, and assisting with in-store events while maintaining store cleanliness.

Candidates should have a passion for beauty and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain fixtures stocked with merchandise and keep store clean and organized.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Support in-store events and appointments to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and promotions and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to team goals.
