Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role involves greeting guests, assessing needs, performing makeup applications and skincare analysis, and driving sales through product demonstrations and services.

It requires product knowledge, flexibility in scheduling, and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include booking appointments, assisting with in-store events, and keeping the sales floor tidy and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging each guest and determining their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events for enhanced guest experience and sales.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with online orders as needed.
• Stay informed about products and services to communicate benefits and ingredients to guests.
