Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and guide product selections while driving sales.

You’ll support in-store events, book appointments, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. A passion for beauty and strong customer-service skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging each guest entering the store and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, signed, faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas to high standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code and support merchandising resets and inventory procedures.
