Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and support in-store events. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, perform makeup applications, and maintain clean, well-stocked salesfloors.

The role requires strong guest service skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or beauty knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures stocked.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
