Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, provide personalized product recommendations, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events while driving sales and loyalty.

You will maintain clean fixtures, keep merchandise stocked, and use Ulta Beauty's systems to process transactions and online orders. This role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging guests, and by answering questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cashier tasks, returns/exchanges, and online orders to support seamless service.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and assist with merchandising, planograms, and inventory procedures.
• Support in-store events and appointments to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to better serve guests and improve performance.
• Maintain attendance and adherence to store policies and dress code.
