Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
