Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences.
