Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assess needs, make product recommendations, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with in-store events to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products and/or services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
