Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage guests to determine needs, demonstrate cosmetics, skincare, and services, and support sales goals with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will perform cashier duties, maintain clean work areas, stock merchandise, and participate in events and promotions to elevate the guest experience. A high school diploma is preferred and relevant retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine needs and provide product recommendations
• Perform cashier tasks and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests to drive sales
• Support in-store events and services to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and follow procedures and compliance standards
