Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage guests to assess needs, conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and guide purchases to meet sales targets.

You will also support cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and ensure cleanliness while assisting with events and demonstrations. Applicants should have a high school diploma (preferred) and about one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty and guest service with ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and determining their needs.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain clean, stocked and organized sales floor and back areas.
