Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will engage guests, determine their needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with cashier duties.

You will maintain attractive displays, replenish merchandise, support in-store events, and share product knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction. A passion for beauty and strong guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine their needs; provide exceptional service.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders; process transactions and refunds as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and overall store cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Support in-store events and appointments to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
