Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, assess customer needs, and guide product selections. You will handle cashier duties, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events while maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with procedures.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge to drive sales and enrich the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine needs and upsell products and services.
• Perform cashier tasks and handle transactions.
• Maintain fixtures and store cleanliness; restock merchandise.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and coordinate in-store events.
• Provide product knowledge and promote promotions to guests.
