Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Columbus is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, assist customers with selections, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales while engaging guests and supporting in-store events. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with on-line orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
