Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products, including makeup applications and skincare analysis, to drive sales.

You will handle cashier duties, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events while maintaining store standards and excellent guest service. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Assist with cashier tasks, handle transactions, and process exchanges.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Assist with in-store events and demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, and organize merchandise.
• Follow store procedures, dress code, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and education.
