Ulta Beauty in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while maintaining store cleanliness and organized stock. You will support leadership with sales performance and guest service initiatives.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, passion for beauty, and ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices; strong customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests, answering questions, and recommending products and services.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events and promotions.
Keep fixtures stocked and maintain clean, organized salesfloor and back areas.
Contribute to achieving store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
Protect company assets by following policies and loss prevention practices.
