Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager in Merced, CA to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will own guest experience, drive service and product sales, and ensure operational excellence in line with Ulta Beauty standards.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, training, and maintaining a guest-centric store culture, delivering measurable results in NPS, loyalty, and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management or related experience.

Aufgaben

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity while staying within payroll budgets.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs, tools, and resources to improve sales and service areas.
• Support direct reports in developing clientele and coaching staff for guest service excellence.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
