Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will guide customers on their beauty journey, educate them on products, and help enroll them in the Loyalty program while supporting promotions and events.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product recommendations, and accurate checkout processes in a flexible, customer-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
