Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You’ll help customers find products, demonstrate care routines, and guide loyalty program enrollment.

This role emphasizes relationship building, upselling, and smooth transactions while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Training on our product lines will be provided, and flexible schedules are available to suit diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Working Conditions/Physical Requirements include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
