Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform cashier duties, and assist with product demonstrations and events. The role requires a passion for beauty, ability to sell, and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, stocking fixtures, and maintaining a clean store environment while supporting leadership and store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and appointments to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and ensure readiness of testers.
