Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor in our store to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations that drive sales. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them through promotions while maintaining an inviting, well-stocked sales floor.

In this role you will handle cashier duties, assist with online orders, and book appointments for services and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Proficient with basic technology.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
