Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
• Set and achieve counter sales goals using in-store and digital channels.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions and build strong vendor relationships.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups to foster loyalty.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready with up-to-date product knowledge.
