• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximise business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to build loyalty.
