Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends through trainings from Nordstrom and partners.
• Manage sales, refunds and exchanges and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards.
