Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the store counter. This role is part salesperson and part educator, responsible for driving results through personalized makeup and skincare consultations, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and coordinating brand events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive customer experience and maintain a customer-ready counter
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, proactively address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and a high level of ownership and accountability
