• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
