Job summary

Nordstrom’s Beauty Department seeks a Beauty Counter Manager to blend sales leadership with expert makeup and skincare guidance. You’ll run counter activities, perform makeovers, train staff, and push sales in-store and via digital channels.

You’ll build vendor relationships, organize events, and maintain an inviting, customer-focused environment while meeting sales goals. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities
