Nordstrom's Boca Raton Beauty Department seeks a Beauty Counter Manager who blends sales with education to create personalized experiences for customers. You will lead a counter, conduct makeup applications, analyze skincare needs, and drive both in-store and digital engagement to grow loyalty and sales.

You will collaborate with partners, organize vendor events, manage stock and promotions, and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings from Nordstrom and brand

• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
