Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
