Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department ready and organized, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Stay current on beauty trends and brand trainings; share knowledge with customers.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
