Job summary

You will own the organic social calendar, develop content strategies and recurring series, craft short-form video scripts, and partner with Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life across platforms, including

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Creative, proactive thinker with new ideas.
• Understanding of beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organic social media and content calendar.
• Develop engaging content strategies, concepts, and recurring content series.
• Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for authentic brand participation.
• Create compelling social copy, campaign messaging, captions, and short-form video scripts.
• Tell meaningful stories across products, ingredients, science, founders, customers, and community.
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life across social platforms.
• Develop content for Reels, TikTok, educational content, interviews, and short-form video.
• Drive UGC, creator, and influencer content opportunities.
• Support product launches with impactful storytelling before, during, and after launch.
• Manage community engagement and help strengthen the brand voice.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights.
• Stay current on emerging platforms, creators, content formats, and social trends.
