Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, help customers with product selections, and support store operations. You will perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, process transactions, and assist with in-store events and promotions.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, basic tech proficiency, and the ability to build customer relationships. This is a full-time, in-store role with a focus on sales, service, and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and recommend products.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and online orders, and assist with makeovers and events.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising.
• Participate in trainings and product knowledge updates to drive sales.
