Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, explain products/services, and promote promotions.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver a superior guest experience.
