Ulta Beauty in Skokie, IL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. This role drives top-line sales, guest experience, and NPS through coaching, training, and strategic store operations.

The candidate will manage performance, scheduling, events, and compliance while fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.

Responsabilités

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and drive sales and payroll goals.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
