Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and coaching to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to lead a team and model company values.
• Comfort with visual merchandising and brand-focused selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business.
• Coordinate product storytelling and selling behaviors to bring the brand to life.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Align category execution to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• In some stores, lead broader responsibilities for the business.
