Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to drive sales and brand awareness across assigned retailers in North America. The role requires relationship-building with store teams, brand education, and executing product demonstrations.

This is a fluctuating, part-time field role with scheduling variability and weekend availability, offering growth with a fast-growing beauty company and competitive pay, PTO, and health insurance where applicable.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
