Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Market Specialist to represent our brands in beauty retailers and drive sales in-store. You will build relationships with store teams, educate staff on brand knowledge, and execute product demonstrations across a defined territory.

Ideal candidates are passionate about beauty, strong communicators, and able to travel with a polished, professional image. This role features weekend availability and part-time scheduling with flexible monthly hours.

Qualifikationen

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and in-store retail knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
